The restaurant seats about 120 people, one might say, but the food is 4, the kitchen could be improved a little, the waiters disappear, the atmosphere is cozy, but monotonous.

Restaurant I would say is a strong word. Very good cafe . I haven’t been to Paris lately; before, the cuisine didn’t really correspond to the status of a “restaurant”. But now they say the kitchen has been raised to the level of catering standard.
